Almond Biscotti—an almond-based ice cream with smashed biscotti pieces mixed in.
Almond Butter—has real almond butter (like peanut butter) blended in.
Almond Caramel Swirl—roasted almonds and caramel sauce swirled through a vanilla base.
Almond Cream—flavored with almond extract; no almond pieces in it. It has the taste of an Italian almond cookie or marzipan.
Amaretto—flavored with real Amaretto, an Italian almond-flavored liqueur.
Apple Cider—a cidery buttery apple snappy taste.
Apple Pie—apple pie like your mom made, in ice cream form, with a graham cracker crust mixed in.
Apples and Honey—an apple-based ice cream with honey and a touch of cinnamon.
Apricot Bliss—an apricot flavored ice cream made with McCutcheon's apricot.
Arctic Brownie—peppermint ice cream with brownie bits mixed in.
Autumn Coffee Shop—coffee pumpkin spice ice cream.
Baker's Choice—pieces of our various baked goods that are perhaps not in top shape for selling on their own (end pieces, pieces that break, day-olds, etc.), that are added to a vanilla ice cream base. Each batch is different.
Baklava—a honey, cinnamon, nutty Middle Eastern dessert. We make ours without the filo dough.
Banana—made with real, ripe bananas, blended in.
Banana Bread—our banana ice cream with banana bread spices.
Banana Curry—our banana ice cream with curry spices.
Banana Daiquiri—our banana ice cream with pure rum added.
Banana Mango—our banana ice cream and our mango ice cream made into one.
Bananas Foster—our banana ice cream with a blend of spices and a caramel swirl.

Birch Beer—vanilla-type ice cream flavored with a blend of natural oils and spices to taste just like a great birch beer.

Butter Almond Toffee—flavored like butter pecan, but instead of pecans, it has roasted almonds and chopped English toffee bars in it.
Butter Pecan—made with natural butter flavor and a touch of caramel, this flavor is a classic.
Butternut—a creamy blend of maple, butter, squash and spices!
Butternut Toffee—a creamy blend of maple, butter, squash and spices with English toffee pieces mixed in.
Café au Lait—a light, mild coffee.
Café L'Orange—a rich coffee flavor with pure, natural orange oil added.
Cake Batter—made with real cake mix, tastes just like a slice of yellow cake!
Cake Batter Fudge Swirl—just like the above, but with a fudge swirl akin to chocolate frosting.
Caliente Chocolate—our Mexican chocolate with a kick of heat.
Camelot—a chocolate ice cream with hazelnut swirl.
Cannoli—made with real ricotta cheese and mini chocolate chips, this flavor tastes just like the filling of a perfect cannoli.

Cantina Margarita—blood orange margarita with chocolate-covered cone chips. Refreshing.
Cappuccino—a relatively strong coffee with cinnamon.
Caramel Apple Cheddar—a caramel apple flavored ice cream with cheddar cheese mixed in.
Caramel Cow—our burnt sugar and butter ice cream with white and dark chocolate chunks mixed in.
Caramel Custard—caramel flavoring in a custard-based ice cream. (The eggs are pasteurized.)
Caramel Toffee Blueberry Swirl—burnt sugar & butter ice cream with English toffee mixed in with blueberry swirl.
Carob—made with carob powder, which is something like cocoa. Carob is a Mediterranean and South American plant with pods; the pods are dried and ground into powder. It has its own natural sugar in it, so it need not be sweetened so much, as you must do with chocolate and cocoa, which are unpalatably bitter in their natural state. Health enthusiasts compare carob favorably to chocolate, but they are different.
Carrot Cake Browned—burnt sugar & butter with carrot cake with cream cheese frosting mixed in.
Cashew Butter—has real cashew butter (like peanut butter) blended in.
Cayenne—made with real cayenne powder, has a kick at the end but not overly hot.
Chai—black tea and our own blend of spices and flavoring.
Charoset—an apple, honey, and cinnamon ice cream with walnuts mixed in.

Chocolate Pudding—a very rich, dark chocolate ice cream. When Steve Herrell first made and tasted it (in about 1974), he remarked that it reminded him of a home-cooked, thick, dark chocolate pudding, and the name has stuck ever since.
Cider Bourbon—cider ice cream with a hint of bourbon essence.
Cider Doughnut—a light cinnamon-vanilla ice cream with cider doughnuts mixed in.
